Southwest Florida Shootout 2025

The 4th Annual Southwest Florida Shootout is scheduled for Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex Stadium in Naples, Florida. This year's event features a Division I men's lacrosse matchup between the West Point Black Knights and the Mercer Bears, starting at 12:00 PM. The game will honor the military, with special events including Para-Commandos delivering the game ball, an Apache helicopter flyover, and a Jimi Hendrix tribute performance of the National Anthem. An Interactive Military Village with over 10 military vehicles will be on display along the midfield sideline. Following the game, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, attendees can enjoy a mini rock concert featuring Southwest Florida's top band, "The Rock Republic."

The event continues with high school lacrosse action, showcasing a rematch of the 2024 Florida State Final Four teams:

• 4:00 PM: St. Andrews High School vs. The Benjamin School (2024 Florida State Champions)
• 6:30 PM: St. Thomas Aquinas High School vs. Community School of Naples

On Friday, February 21, from 5:00 to 6:30 PM, the Army West Point and Mercer men's lacrosse teams will host a free youth clinic at the Paradise Coast Sports Complex. Boys from 5th to 12th grade are invited to participate and should bring their helmets, sticks, and gloves.
